邀请同事 —— 填一个还没注册的邮箱地址，系统会生成一枚
14 天有效的邀请码，连同一封「欢迎 + 这个项目能做什么 + 怎么注册」的邮件发出去；同事用那个码

不受企业邮箱后缀限制：外包、合作伙伴、用个人邮箱的高管都可以直接邀请进来。他们在成员列表里会被 打上「后缀不符」的标记，方便你识别；他们能分享到什么、能不能公开，仍由上面的档位决定。 Invite a colleague — enter an address that is not registered yet. Removing a member only takes them out of this organization: the account
itself, their content, and anything they hold are untouched. Closing an account (with its
30-day restorable recycle bin), the system mailbox, the deployment module defaults and the
bot agent codes all live in the admin console on its own port, not here.

分享与公开档位 / Sharing and publication policy
档位决定两件事：能分享给谁（仅本企业 / 含外部 / 任何人），以及能不能把内容
公开（一律禁止 / 逐份审批 / 直接允许）。它不会追溯撤销已经发出去的链接和授权 —— 每一份授权
都是一条独立的记录，改设置不会让别人的页面突然失效。
后缀只管一件事：自助注册时哪个企业认领这个邮箱。它不限制邀请 —— 上面的邀请框对任何地址都有效。 至少要保留一个：清空意味着以后自助注册的同事不会再自动归属本企业，而且这件事没有任何提示。缩短列表 只会给后缀不再匹配的成员打一个标记（邀请进来的外部同事本来就有这个标记），不会移除任何人。 The policy decides two things: who you may share with (this company only / including outsiders / anybody), and whether content may be published (never / one document at a time / freely). It does not retroactively revoke links and grants that already went out — every grant is its own record, so changing a setting never makes somebody else's page stop working.

At least one is required: clearing the list means nobody who signs themselves up is ever matched to this company, and nothing on the page would say so. Shortening the list only flags the members whose address no longer matches — which is how an invited outsider is already marked — and it removes nobody.

待审批 / Pending approvals
成员想发「免登录链接」或把内容公开时，会在这里留下一条申请。批准之后那个链接/公开状态
才开始生效；拒绝则什么都不发生。同一份文档、同一个申请人只能有一条有效申请，所以不会出现重复行。
When a member asks for a sign-in-free link or for a document to be published, the
request lands here. Approving is what makes the link or the publication real; denying does
nothing at all. One document and one requester can only have one live request, so the list never
fills with duplicates.
授权码 / Agent access
给机器人/脚本用的凭据：它复用你账号的身份（只读 + 只能发布报告），
不用把你的登录密码交出去；它不能用来登录网页，也改不了账号、设置、数据或文件；
不用了随时在这里吊销。码会发到你邮箱，请到信箱取。
Credentials for bots and scripts: they act as your own account (read-only +
can only publish reports), so you never hand out your login password. They cannot sign
in to the web app and cannot change your account, settings, data or files. Revoke them here anytime.
The code is emailed to you — pick it up from your inbox.
